Abstract Submission Guidelines
General information The Egg & Meat 2019 Scientific Programme Committee and Organising Committee welcome the submission of original contributions for oral and poster presentation.
The deadline for submission is February 8, 2019.
All authors will receive an acceptance/rejection notification via e-mail by March 15, 2019.
Accepted abstracts will be published in congress abstract book. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by March 22, 2019 will be scheduled for presentation and included “Book of Abstract”.

The authors are kindly requested to follow the guidelines for abstract submission.
Abstract language: Abstracts and presentations must be written in English. It is expected that authors will submit carefully written and proofread material. Spelling and grammatical errors, as well as language usage problems, are on the responsibility of the authors.
Abstract structure and Length: The maximum length allowed for an abstract is 2500 characters (approximately 350 words) including blank spaces. The abstract title, the author(s) or names of institutions are not included in the count of 2500 characters.
The title of the abstract must be in capital letters. Dots must be avoided at the end of the title. The researchers' names must be written without the academic title. The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
Abstract content: All submitted abstracts must contain novel data. In order to make the abstract as informative as possible, please include a brief statement of the purpose of the study and/or the underlying hypotheses, the method used, the results observed, and the conclusions based upon the results. Abstracts stating "data will be discussed in the presentation" will not be accepted.
Abstract submission: All abstracts must be submitted through congress website www.eggmeat2019.com. Abstracts submitted by regular mail, email or fax will not be accepted.
The presenting author agrees to register, to attend the Congress, and to present the abstract as scheduled.
To submit your abstract you must first register by using online abstract submission system. You must enter a username consisted of your e-mail address and a password.
E-mail address, full mailing address, and phone numbers should be entered completely.
Authors are required to indicate their preference for either ORAL or POSTER presentation by checking the appropriate box on the submission web page.
Start uploading your abstract, then the system will direct you to upload the main body text of your abstract.
We kindly ask you not to forget the reference number and your login password. Reference number will be assigned after ending your statement.
